Haluu.. It has been ages I didn't jot any recipe here.. Tonite I feel eager to post a recipe after finding out 2 of my posts was reached more than 10k access. Wow!! And guess what, both with NOXXA label..
Siakap Sweet Sour Extra Sauce.. @ Siakap Masam Manis Kuah Lebih.. Extra sauce coz my kiddos love this sauce so much. So here is my way.. Owh, by the way, siakap is Asian seabass..
2 whole siakap, fried 3/4 crisp (between crisp n half crisp 😅)
2 cloves garlic, diced
An onion, diced
2 pcs lemongrasses, sliced
1 inch ginger, sliced
2 inch carrot, diced
A chilli, sliced
Fry all these ingredients. Add 2 table spoon of oyster sauce, a cup of water and a pinch of salt.
Then, pour the sauce onto the fish. Done!!

Well, the dish just cost around RM20. Homecook and finger licking too. If you eat at restaurant, u may need to pay around RM50 for 1 whole seabass. Why pay more? Happy cooking guys!! 👩🏻🍳
